Food and water products can not be returned to be re-sold according to law; therefore refunds for food and water products will not be issued.

Please return items in original, unopened packaging

20% restocking fee on all returns & cancellations; only unopened product accepted for return; all returns must be pre-authorized. All Shipping and Handling paid by customer. If you return an order without pre-authorization, return may be subject to refusal. Returns for any reasons must be approved and within 7 days the buyer receives it.
